I teach workshops and courses to small and medium-sized groups, and give talks. Courses vary in length and can be tailored to meet the needs of a group or event. Body Quest: Discover the stories your body holds This course provides an opportunity to spend time with yourself. With the focus on the body, we will draw, paint, use collage, move and tell our stories. Guided exercises will lead you to explore aspects of your body and how you relate to them, giving your body a voice to tell its side of the story. Sessions will lead to the full-length representation of your body, and a fresh way of relating holistically to your Self. The course helps to release personal expression and may bring greater awareness of how you can create more well-being and joy in your life.
Awakening to Self We will work together as a group, supporting each other's goals. We will explore fear and the blocks it causes, and how to do it anyway. We will examine the energy of words, as well as how language affects our lives and our perception. We will discover the secret of gratitude, explore the role of relaxation, and act upon the importance of play and freedom of creative expression. We will harness our inner resources. We will work with the many external aids at our service, including within nature, and we will even create some of our own. A full-on course to explore your potential for transformation, discover who you are, want you really want, and bring about manifestation in your life.
A Day for Grounding Life just works better when we're grounded. A day to get into your body, connect with the power of the earth, and rebalance. The day will involve meditation, shaking, movement, dance, painting, inquiry, unconditional love, and lots of self loving practice!
